13th Birthday Party 50 People Ideas?!?

Ok so I'm turning 13 in March and plan to have a party for about 50 people. I don't plan to spend a boatload of money. Maybe $250 max. I was planning of having it at my house, which isn't that big. But, I planned on having a regular party with music, snacks, lights, and glow in the dark bracelets. I need some ideas for food, activities, and decorations. Please no pizza. Thank you!
