Can macro evolution finally be proven to exist by Obama's incompetance?

Since Obama has taken office 40 million Americans have forever lost their highly skilled jobs. If these 40 million Americans continue to live off government handouts and eventually evolve into a gigantic blob that feeds off American taxpayers will this prove that evolution is a fact rather than a boatload of dead carp?
