If someone loved rainy days no end what state/city that you know of would you tell them to move to?

Forks? *vomits* ugh the Twilight bull crap. Anyway. My oldest sister lives in Poulsbo, WA and it is very rainy. It's next to Bainbridge island. Seattle, also wrong. It's not rainy there. Just misty. The only rainy part of Washington is the Olympic Penisula. So anywhere on the OP, or that corner of Canada, such as Vancouver. Hope I helped!
