What are some ideas of things to do to make an unforgettable memory for my boyfriend? ?

I have a long distance relation with a sailor. And he is coming home in a week to spend some time together before he deploys. He is going to be gone for 9 months and out of communication most of the time. I really would like to do something special for him. And sex is not an answer lol
