Since This Is A Tax Shouldn't It Be The Same For Everyone. I Have At&t Service. Its A Family Plan With 5 Lines And Each Phone Has A Different Charge For The Alabama Communications Service Tax. Is At&t Overcharging Me, Or Is That Normal. They Range From $0.70 to $5.62.
