Does anybody know a good halo reach clan?

im looking for a decent clan, one that can give me a good team for MLG and objective. Im looking for a clan that has good communication and could bring up a good conversation. my gt is XxLeekaxX and i plan on going pro so i need to bring my K/D up but cant with crappy randoms i always get.
