Considering dropping out of college?

I'm 19 years old. I'm in my second semester at a community college. I'm currently majoring in early childhood education. I don't like it. I've been thinking about switching my major to elementary or secondary education. I've changed my major numerous times. I have a boatload of homework. I have failing grades. There's not much help here. I'm considering dropping out. I dropped out of a culinary school I was attending. I enjoyed it. I was depressed. I decided to move back to the Midwest. There's a culinary school here though. Is this a wise decision?
